Product Description

 

PAIOU SCREEN PRINTING EMULSION SCOOP COATER
14inch	OD18" ×20" screens.
16inch	OD20" ×24" screens.

Using Method:

1. Fill coater: Pour emulsion under safe yellow light to an even level, ensuring enough for one stroke.

2. Coat screen: Apply emulsion evenly in one pass with the coater's rounded edge (coater ≥2 inches shorter than screen's narrow width). Coat printing side then squeegee side, fully dry the screen.

3. Clean coater: Scrape excess emulsion back to container, cover it. Rinse coater with water immediately (dried emulsion is hard to remove), store without nicking the edges.
