With nylon Mesh advantage (uniform and stable Meshes, strong and efficient filter result, food grade materials, complete specifications, high efficiency with long working life.) , nylon Mesh was widely used in food processing screening filter, plansifter in flour milling, single and double bin flat screen, aluminium alloy screen, grinder screen, powder cleaner screen, vibration screen, sieve bone, press filter cloth, starch filter cloth, etc.
Flour milling Mesh also can be made into pieces, tubes, in different sizes and shapes suitable for various sieving machines and sifters.
GG Series Flour Milling Mesh is a kind of auxiliary screening used in flour industry for food screening.
Nylon mesh has excellent resistance to most common solvents and will operate continuously at temperatures up to 100°C in the chemical PH range 7-14.
Good abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction.
Working temperature is typically around 120°C.
Water absorption is very high.
Softening point is between 170°C and 230°C
Melting point is between 210°C and 250°C
